All our products are handcrafted right here in Cambridge Vermont. Our jams and jellies are made with the freshest ingredients; always hand picked, we process most everything the same day in small batches ensuring every jar is packed with delicious flavor that is out of this world! Our plums, pears, apples and crabapples come from our own back yard. All other fruit is sourced from local organic farms right here in Vermont. Because we only use fresh, local ingredients in all our products, there may be times when we run out of certain items, but rest assured, we will always make more when we can.
Our friends Tony and Joie own and operate their very own organic vegetable farm in Johnson Vermont. Foote Book Farm supplies us with the most beautiful, fresh, and delicious vegetables that we use in our more savory concoctions; including the jalapeno peppers used to make our super spicy pepper jams that you just can't resist!
